As previously mentioned, this Air Jordan 3 was released in 2013 as part of the "Fear Pack" that included the Air Jordan 4 and Air Jordan 5, which was inspired by the 2008 "Become Legendary" marketing campaign. Featuring official colors of Night Stadium, Total Orange and Black, the sneaker features a dark gray suede upper with tonal overlays and, of course, an elephant-print mudguard. Black is added throughout, while Safety Orange also appears across the model.
